Scenic Tour of Snowdonia National Park; Situated on the west coast of Britain covering 823 square miles of diverse landscapes, Snowdonia National Park is a living working area, home to over 26,000 people. As well as being the largest National Park in Wales, Snowdonia boasts the highest mountain in England and Wales, and the largest natural lake in Wales, as well as a wealth of picturesque villages like Betws y Coed and Beddgelert. Snowdonia is an area steeped in culture and local history, where more than half its population speak Welsh.

Day off in Llandudno; There is plenty to do here, with it’s lovely promenade and pier. Why not take a  guided minibus tour of Llandudno and up the Great Orme.

Portmeirion was created by the architect Clough Williams-Ellis from 1925 to 1976. He wanted to show how a naturally beautiful site could be developed without spoiling it. This pretty village was designed and built in the style of an Italian village and is now owned by a charitable trust, all the building have a listed status and it is well worth a visit. It was once the setting for the TV series The Prisoner.
